I tried this at the Monk. It poured a clear golden with white head that left a small amount of spotty lace. The scent had hints of bread. The taste had strong toasted biscuit taste and saaz funk. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its ok.

Picked up a 22 oz. bottle at the restaurant/brewery.
There's some yeast sediment at the bottom of my bomber. I'm guessing this is an unfiltered pilsner?!?!
Brassy hay color with just a slight haze. Great head and residual foam. Great bubbling. This looks like a great pilsner.
Crisp, fresh, grassy, slight earthy, and crackery aroma. Smells like classic pils.
Metallic twang right upfront. Then the crackery malts and grassy hops hit the taste buds. A little too astringent on the palate and pretty dry. Strong solid body though. Pretty easy to drink too.
