750 mL bottle. Huge head, fluffy and lively, atop a clear golden body. Smells of aged and skunky hops, cheesy funk, bright citrus, oak. Really nice. Tastes of the skunky hops, citrus, a little bit of sweetness, and cheese. Oak in the back end. High carbonation. Way too carbonated. But it's really nice.

2019 edition.

Bright golden orange, high clarity and carb level, champagne streamers and a dense head of meringue foam.
Aroma is citric, some light minerality more reminiscent of 3F, straw or hay. Minimally funky.
Tight and angular, moderately tart, super dry and lean bodied. Very effervescent.

Expected a bit more funk and mature character from the 4 year lambic, but the blend itself is flawless, and it's a well-rounded gueuze, so I can't complain at all. Seemed a bit "cleaner" than the typical funky rustic character from De Cam.

White head. A little bit of a gusher. Golden orange color.

Dry and funky. Some stone fruit. Apricot and lemon citrus. Oaky. Well carbonated. Bubbly and dry. Fairly complex. White wine notes. Really enjoyable but I think time will be good for this.
