The beer pours a nice gold color with a thick frothy white head that fades to spotty lacing. The aroma is decent. It has a grainy pilsner malt scent along with a touch of malt sweetness. The hop nose is limited. The taste is average. Again, the grainy character hits you up front and the sweetness follows with a semi-dry finish. It's too sweet for the style. The mouthfeel is average. It is a low/medium bodied beer with low/adequate carbonation. This is a beer on the verge of being good. These guys need to address their yeast problem. The ferments are not complete. Also, please examine the carbonation issue.
