Cerveza con una pequeña cabeza espumosa de retención media. Cuerpo y carbonatación media. Aroma cítrico y a levadura. En boca es ligeramente cítrica lo que la hace agradable.

Tried the Wild Jo at De Koninck's Cafe in Antwerp.
The beer was pretty good in fact if it weren't an Orval clone I would have rated it higher.
It's pretty spot on replication of an Orval, maybe not quite the bitterness and not quite as dry but a clone none the less.
In fact it was so close I was actually a little put off that someone would put an effort into making the same beer and selling it as their own beer.
It should say Orval on the bottle.

Pours a pale yellow, a little on the cloudy side with a nice pillow of white head. Lively carbonation sustain it throughout. Not much of a nose but a definite brett presence. The flavour is quite mild however this is where the brett really shines, the downside being that it borderline dominates the taste. A sweeter lemon presence in the dry finish makes for a very refreshing beer.
This one is a bit of an enigma. I don't generally enjoy blond beers, that being said the twist provided by Wild Jo makes for an enjoyable beer.

Light straw colour with a little haze and a full head of bubbly foam. Brett is prominent in the smell: horse blanket with some grapefruit. Same flavours in the taste, with some more citric accents. The taste is very dry, which makes this beer feel quite refreshing. Problem is however: this beer seems to be all about the wild yeast. Other flavours are lacking, which makes this quite a one-dimensional beer. I like De Koninck and I like brett, so I'll cellar one of these to see if they mature well. First impression is not great though.

Color: straw, slightly hazy. Head white, fine-bubble, high, medium durable.
The aroma of coriander and rural accents, a little barn and "wet horse."
Taste barn, barns, animals from farms plus lemon and lime.
Gentian: sensitive, tuple. Saturation: medium toward high.
