look: 3.75 | smell: 3.75 | taste: 4 | feel: 3.75 | overall: 3.75
Lovely IPA, with lots of fresh fruit, pineapple, lilikoi, orange, and caramelized apple. Bright hops, not very bitter, strong lacing on the sides of the glass. Medium weight in terms of both flavor and feel.

hard not to like a citra and mosaic ipa, i mean, come on, with any sort of brewing prowess or know how at all, its hard for it to come out anything other than delicious. this is delicious, but its also conventional and something we have all probably tasted hundreds of times at this point. this hop combination and profile is now a household name, and much like those that came before it, it feels like a fleeting moment already. that said, when the beer is well done i may never tire of these hops. this beer is fresh and balanced and delicious, with as much punchy fruity hop flavor as it has in the nose, and some bitterness too, not all dry hopped, oily and resinous and intense at the end, but a beer i could drink a lot of. its cool they had so many hoppy beers happening when we were in, all with a life of their own and some original features to differentiate them. this could have come from anyone good, less unique, but im into it, a drinkable pint of new school west coastish ipa. lovely stuff and somewhat timeless at this point...
