Appearance - clear golden yellow. Little to no head.

Smell - amazingly odorless. Really, this beer has zero smell. Amazing.

Mouthfeel: moderate carbonation

A good beer. Very mild. Very easy drinking beer. Sessionable. Nothing very impressionable to note, but a good beer.

On-tap at Lexington Avenue Brewery, Asheville, NC

A: The beer is clear light straw yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a thin white head that died down, leaving lacing on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of biscuity and bready malts are present in the nose.
T: THe taste is similar to the smell and has malty flavors of biscuits and bread along with hints of sweetness and a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, clean and quite smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and is a very good representation of the style.

Served on-tap at LAB (Lexington Ave Brewery) in Asheville, NC

A: Pours a clear medium straw yellow in color with minimal amounts of visible carbonation and some hints of lemon yellow highlights. The beer has a quarter finger tall foamy white head that quickly reduces to a medium sized patch of very thin film and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Light aromas of biscuit malts with a light hint of sweetness.

T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit and bready malts with a light amount of sweetness (almost honey-like). There is no hop flavor present but the beer is not overly sweet.

M: On the lighter side of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Smooth.

O: Easy to drink and refreshing - I could definitely put down a couple of these on a warm summer day.

First had: on tap at LAB, Asheville

Straw-yellow pour, clear, with a thin, wispy, white head that disappeared almost completely. Light aroma of corn and pale malts. Biscuity pale malts in the taste, corn sugar, unimpressive grassy hops. Light body and moderate carbonation. Easy enough to drink I suppose, but not enough to bring me to have more than a sampler.
