500ml bottle poured in a snifter.
I don't know if they were going for traditional lambic, but if they were, I'd say they nailed it.
A thick layer of sediment sits at the bottom, it is poured slowly to keep as much as possible in the bottle. The beer is almost clear with a pale amber color. Little no to head forms from a good pour. The beer is nearly flat.
Notes of over ripe fruit, feet and funk. I love it.
Taste is so complex, changing a lot as it warms. Cold it's flat and sour. As is warms, the flavor shines through. Lambic, peach, funky oak. Nice amount of sour with a lingering finish.
The thin mouthfeel is again, typical. Just what I'd expect from a lambic.
Overall this beer is great. Probably not for everyone, but most of the stand outs aren't. Hopefully I can find another to hold onto.

Pretty solid. Mouthfeel, nose, carbonation, and tartness were all pretty much on point. It didn't blow me away, but was well done. I would have liked some more peach adjunct, but overall very solid.
