Clear light yellow under a surprisingly persistent head. Noble hops in the nose, the head lingers a long time for a pils. Taste is light, tight, thin: nice overall pilsner. I swear the first taste is of sweet carrots while the finish has hints of lemon candy. The brewer uses lager yeast and so the noble hops are fighting the overwhelming fresh rising dough flavor of the laggering yeast.

Pours a golden color with a one finger head. Smell is a little grassy, and malty. Sweetness. Taste is real similar. Has a bit more of the grassiness, and a somewhat citrusy hop character. Did have a bit of a lingering bitterness too. Refreshing. Thirst quenching. Goes well with assortment of foods. Overall, nice job people's.
