On tap at the brewery.
A - Dark gold color with creamy lacing.
S - Nice juicy, tropical fruity aromatic nose. (Reminds me somewhat of Juicy Fruit gum.)
T - Sweet tropical fruit from start to finish with a fruity bittersweet finish. On the very back end the sweetness migrates to a slight sugary sweet cloying. Some nice peppery fruit rind pokes through after the sip.
M - Big and thick body with gentle prickly carbonation that gives way to a soft viscous finish.
O - This is a solid IPA and deserves a higher score than it's current 3.68 rating. Not overly hoppy, not malty, hits the right notes. Approachable and very drinkable.

Clear crisp light mouth feel. Some citrus nose not overly bitter. Drinks like a session able beer. Overall a solid beer.

Interesting beer. Not sure how to describe. No distinct nose and confusing taste, although not unpleasant. Hoppy but not very bitter. Some malt tones but not sweet. Will try more from Quaff On.

Tried this at the Bourbon Bacon Beer Festival in Fort Wayne, IN.
A -Light copper color. Nice white head with nice lacing. Mostly clear. A pretty typical IPA.
S - Good NW hops bouquet. Mostly citrus hop character with some pine, light floral, and herbal notes. Some malt but the hops sit high.
T - Flavor is good with the hops holding true. It's a nice IPA that has everything you would desire in an IPA. Light hints of malt and a subtle ale character that make gives it some balance but definitely tilted toward the hops. Nice moderate bitter finish make this a good drinking beer.
M - Moderate to light mouth-feel in the middle but the hops linger and the bitterness quenches. Moderate to light carbonation which is normal.
Overall, a fine NW IPA. This was a very middle-of-the-road IPA but that being said I still enjoyed it. I'd recommend this only if you have tried some more common and higher rated IPAs.

From BeerAdvocate Magazine #76 (May 2013):
Certainly enough hop bitterness for an IPA. Old-school flavors with all of the Cascade up on our palates. Balanced though we had hoped for a bit more hop flavor. A half step ahead of the average, would be a full one if it was cleaned up a bit more. Watch the dregs!
STYLE: American IPA
ABV: 6.5%
AVAILABILITY: Year-round
LOOK: Bubbly, brassy, clear, towering head
SMELL: Orange zest, pithy, chalky yeast, toffee, bready
TASTE: Ample bitterness, caramel, moderate sized body, hay, bread crust, orange rind, green peppercorn, pineapple skin, brown apples, yeast, dry bitter finish
