Pours a hazed golden orange with a massive, pillowy white head that retains and laces excellently. Aromas of fruity yeast esters (banana and fresh dough), clove, honey, and nutmeg. Taste is very banana-forward, with notes of clove, pilsner malts, wheat, and lemon. Refreshing mouthfeel. High carb, light body. This is the best Belgian-style wit I've had yet -- up there with Weihenstephaner's hefe, and only ~$9/sixer

Pours a cloudy gold with an enormous head. Head breaks leaving some nice lacing and collar. Smell is spices a touch if banana and of course that Unibroue yeast. Taste is much like the nose, though there is wheat on the tongue too. Feel is higher than average carbonation and a medium/light feel.

Not my favorite of the Unibroue family but a good beer nonetheless.

5/31/16 (Chicago, IL). 12 oz bottle poured into Weizen glass. Clear yellow pour, minimal head and carbonation. Wheat, orange and banana aroma. Taste consistent with aroma, somewhat sour taste. Very clear, minimal texture or mouth feel, like water going down. Overall good offering.

This beer is the best of all time. It is the best white beer I had form now and definitely the best one from the Uibroue Brewery. The yeast they use to brew this white is really the real deal. This beer have put Unibroue on the map. They have many good beer but nothing like this one.

I have tried a couple of beer that have copy this white Belgian, like the Blanche de Shawi, from Le trou du diable brewery, but they did surpassed yet the super nice taste of this one.

In my quest of white beer tasting hobby, this one is always my reference to compare the white beer.

12 oz bottle poured into a teku. Slightly hazy, lemonade-yellow with a tall thin head that leaves a lot of lace. Aromas of spice and yeast. Taste is nice, but quite spicy. Mouth is on the thin side, with nice carbonation. Overall, a nicely crafted beer, but the spice and flavoring are a little heavy.

From Saveur Biere. In Teku glass. After dinner. Fine, but with nearly nothing of the coriander notes typical of the style. Mostly a wheat/banana profile with high carbonation.
