A-Pours a ton of white pillowy head with ok head retention. Cloudy with a straw yellow/orange color.
S-lemon zest, spicy yeast
T-Wheat, citrus, and yeast all seem in happy balance here. Not over the top in any characteristic.
M-Bigger bodied than most witbiers, lots of tingly carbonation. Very soft tasting and smooth-no bitter aftertaste.
D-Excellent
O-An understated, clean tasting, well balanced wit. I like this beer a lot.

m - cool and silky, with champaign-like carbonization

d - a world-class Witbier beer

Poured into a pint glass.

A: Slightly hazy golden color with some particles and two-finger, white, fizzy head that lasted a couple of minutes. Not much lacing.

S: Fruit and grass.

T: Moderate sweetness and light bitterness. Light grain flavor. Some citrus. Not bad.

M: Light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Crisp.

O: This is an average witbier. I was expecting something a little better from Unibroue, but it's not bad.
