Pour: A cloudy pale yellow. Nice white foamy head.
Smell: Slight fruit smell, mix of orange and lemon
Taste: Very smooth with light fruit flavors of orange and lemon. Citrus like taste. Similar to Allagash White but without the spice flavoring
A very good Witbier. Highly recommend.

12oz bottle poured into a sam adams pint glass.

Pours a hazy straw yellow with a half finger head that fades somewhat quickly. Not too impressive.

Aroma is a nice yeasty orange with some lemon zest as well. There is also a slight grassy quality.

Taste is a light orange and lemon along with the yeasty quality common in most witbiers. All flavors fade rather abruptly except for the lemon which lingers for a bit along with a slight sourness.

Overall this is an excellent beer. If the appearance would have been a little bitter I would have rated higher. I will definitely revisit again.

341ml bottle poured into a 16oz cervoise.

A - Fluffy three-finger head, off-white foam. Super hazy golden-yellow color. Head settles to a soapy cap. Minimal lacing.

S - Ohhh man. Bright citrusy goodness upfront, lots of light fruitiness. Coriander, mango, orange rind, banana, and spices. Lots of yeasty bread-like character as well. Wheat, lemon, and marshmallows(!?) Very, very inviting.

T - Tastes like a witbier should. Wheat, yeast, citrus, coriander. Light, very pleasing, but not quite as complex or tasteful as the aroma had me thinking. Just really, really refreshing and light. The spices are kept at bay, which I like, as it allows more of the light fruity flavors and clean crisp feel to shine.

M - Light, easy-drinking feel. Smooth medium-bodied feel, with crisp carbonation complimenting it nicely. Just the right amount of spice in the finish.

D - Great wit. A good beer for any occasion; easy to drink and enjoyable to do so. One I will certainly be having many more times.
