From Saveur Biere. In Teku glass. Playing Sentience An Android's Tale. Plenty of fresh and natural apple flavors, in both aroma and taste. Pleasant but a bit unidimensional a light bodied though

Shiny, slightly hazed gold body, dense white head.
Baskets full of apples in the aroma, bubblegum, grape, and a musty funk, like apples left on the ground of an orchard for too long.
First impression is it's sweeter and more cloying than expected (not crisp), and on the flat side in terms of carbonation. Sugary rather than fruity, although you do definitely get apple coming through. Bready malts. Lacks vibrancy or interesting flavour.
A disappointing brew, lacking full flavour and the body is drab. The high sugar content is reminiscent of those mass brands. Skip it

This was quite possibly the best non-apple cider beer I've ever had...

A fruity beer disguised as a wheat beer, it had a very strong flavor of apples, some orange, and light on the hops. Nonetheless, though it reminded me of a Redd's Apple Ale, it was much better from the perspective of a true beer. Great hazy look, very sweet to the nose, with a decent amount of carbonation. I tasted more apples than I would have like, but overall it was a solid beer.

Appearance: Hazy golden color, light head went away quickly
Smell: Green apples and Belgian Ale
Taste: It has a Belgian wheat beer taste with apple ciderish undertones.
Mouthfeel: very wheat beerish, creamy. I feel it's a good have one once and a while but don't drink to many because I feel even at 5.5% that it could become very heavy (the feeling like you drank a loaf of bread feeling)

Overall: It's not bad..If some one offered me one I'd have it but it's not a go out and get it now must have beer. Heavier than it's other apple beer counterparts (Nicklebrook's green apple pilsner, Bud light Apple, Mad jack etc etc) I do feel more than one or two would be too much.

This beer pours a light golden color. The head was frothy, white, 2 finger, and didn't last long.
The nose is sweet with the apple, but not offensively sweet.
The taste is light and crisp. You get the apple sweetness, but it isn't overpowering. It is quite refreshing.
Feel is lighter bodied, which is expected with this beer, but fits well. There's a nice feel of the carbonation bubbles going down.
Overall not a bad beer. Light, and refreshing after a long day at work.

Poured into a nonic pint glass, the appearance was a proper looking pale orange color with a slim glossing of a little white foamy head that fell off at a moderate pace. Light speckled lace, sliding.
The aroma had some sweet and tart green and red delicious apples. Subtle grassy hop contour underneath.
The flavor was somewhat sweet with a sturdy tartness coming about to educate the aftertaste in the same way.
The mouthfeel was light bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good and graceful. ABV felt as projected.
Overall, fruit beer, maybe cider-like but with that Unibroue-esque sort of yeasty grab at the end. I'd have again.

Backlog. 12 oz bottle. I’ve never had anything quite like this before. It tastes like a good Belgian Beer with Granny Smith apples thrown in. I was expecting something more like a lambic, but this is way different. Different is good.

This beer is very refreshing. The apple taste remind almost of a apple cider. It is really smooth and not hopy taste at all. I have taste pretty much all the unibroue beer and the apple beer Ephemere is one of their best beer, beside the Blanche de Chambly.

You can clearly taste the same yeast flavor of the blanche de Chambly. They probably use the same yeast to create this beer.

Love it
