Appearance: cloudy; orangish-white body; effervescent; medium frothy white head, slight lacing

Smell: spicy; citrusy; yeasty

Taste: a bit of peppery spice with citrus; very well balanced and delicious

Mouthfeel: kind of creamy feel from the carbonation

Remarks: one of my new favorites. Definitely look for this again.

Pours a golden straw with a slight haze. Nice fluffy white head. Smells of yeast, apples, and banana. The flavor is banana, apple, and bread, with some other fruity flavors I can't quite place. The yeast is definitely the star of this beer. Feel is incredibly smooth and it's medium-bodied. Overall, awesome beer from Unibroue. Will definitely get this again.

Straw coloured with some film that just won't quit and no lacing.

After being opened for a minute and warming some time the fruity nature of the wheat comes thru followed by some sweet bready malts. Mouthfeel is crisp due to the carbonation and vague apple flavors.

Pretty damn good.

Look -- hazy golden color with plentiful lacing. Large white head when poured into a snifter
Smell - yeastry, citrus and hints of apple
Taste - follows the nose pretty well. Very well balanced taste with very little betterness. Has a crisp and almost cidery taste
feel - so smooth...similar to drinking a cider. I'd also say it hides the alcohol pretty well

Overall - Great beer for someone wanting a very well balanced and crisp beer. This is a very easy drinker and could I definitely see this as a daily beer. For myself, I think prefer la fin du monde also made by unibroue, but this is still an excellent beer!

Cloudy golden color with bright white head. A malty yeasty funk on the nose. Same on the taste with a little lemon coming through. Well carbonated and refreshing.
