A: Amber, very dark for an IPA
S: Very floral and sweet many Lagunitas beers
T: Fruity, piny, malty, bitter
M: Crisp and bitter
O: The fresher the better, this one seems a bit old. Going to college in the north bay area I'm a huge Lagunitas fan. They definitely make a unique IPA and IIPA. Lots of flavor very sweet but lots of hops. Great people!

Pours a rich Golden amber with a little sediment and a bountiful off white head which lasts throughout the beer. The aroma is all hops. Citrusy, piney, and very fresh. The mouth feel is very smooth with just the slightest amount of coating. Flavor is very typical of a good double ipa. Grapefruit, pine, a little tropical fruit but nothing unexpected. Balance of sweet and bitter is pleasant and satisfying. Overall, this is a very solid ipa from one of my favorite breweries but it is not a stand out. Great tasting and a great beer but nothing to set itself apart from the rest.

A- poured a slightly hazy amber with a big creamy white head. Great retention leaves sticky lacing.

S- rich malt caramel notes balance against the citrus and pine hops

T- the taste is good, if not quite as aggressive as the aroma would indicate. There's a nice balance between the malt and the hops

M- a little thinner. Expecting it to be more resinous and thick due to the head. But pleasantlt smooth

O- a high "B" of an IPA. Definitely worth trying.

12 oz. brown bottle.

A: Clear amber with a large off white head. Visible sediment is seen floating around.
Decent head retention with very good lacing.

S: Strong citrus. Grapefruit, orange and a hint of pine.

T/M: Bitter. Pine resin. Citrus. Orange and grapefruit. Smooth and creamy. Warming
alcohol. The finish is dry and hoppy.

O: Alcohol is hidden well in this big well balanced IPA. Not as hop heavy as other west
coast IPA's. Drinkability is great.

Cheers!!!
