Poured from a 12oz. bottle, bottling code 135 3 (May 15th).

Appearance: A honey colored body, huge head fills the glass and leaves lacing all over. Top of the foam as a rocky look.

Smell: Sweet, oily hops, strong orange aroma, bit of brown sugar.

Taste: Mix of orange and pine, bit on the sweet side, strong caramel backbone, piney in the middle.

Mouthfeel: Slick, coats the mouth, decent lingering bitterness.

Overall: Not really a DIPA in my book but i found it tasty.

A: Pours a dark copper color with a nice head that fads to good lacing.

S: Aroma of grapefruit and pine, some malt sweetness and just a bit of grain.

T: Taste of some pine caramel sweetness and a bit of fruit. Nice bitterness and a dry finish.

F: Medium body, crisp, and smooth with a rich feel.

O: Very enjoyable beer that doesn’t gag you with too much hops. Well worth checking out.

A- Crystal clear pale amber body with lots of carbonation bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass. Foamy slightly off white head that lingers around.

S- Piney hops with a hint of fruit sweetness. Lots of sweet bready malt in the nose.

T- Similar to the aroma. Hints of pine with some sweet fruit and lots of sweet malts.

M- Medium-full bodied, medium carbonation, pretty easy drinking.

O- It's no hop stoopid and is more balanced than most other lagunitas offerings. Not bad, but wouldn't seek out.
