A - A fairly active pour yields slightly more than two fingers worth of crisp airy bone white colored froth with a rocky cloud like top... Rock solid retention... Once receded there is a full layer of rich creamy lacing... Loaded with moderate sized quick moving carbonation that rises every which way... The color is an exceedingly pale amber... There is a slight bit of haziness... A bit of lacing clings to the sides of the glass...

S - Orange zest... An array of mild yet enticing noble hops... Bread crust... A very light floral character as well... Simple and a bit understated, but rather enticing and effective...

T - Orange zest... Light airy bready... Some faint cereal grains... A kiss of sweet citrus... Mild European noble hops... Some floral notes as well... Even and well balanced... Slight nuance adds lots of depth and complexity...

M - Clean... Crisp... Refreshing... Smooth... Light bodied... Exceedingly quaffable, almost dangerously so... A slight carbonated bite...

D - This is much more than the sum of its parts... This is a terrific all around beer that doesn't really wow you in a particular facet... I could easily keep this stocked in the beer fridge at all times without hesitation... An excellent offering from Lagunitas and something that I will surely (don't call me Shirley) will return to time and time again... This isn't a seasonal offering, but this is perfect for the spring and summer seasons...

Flavors of bread, grain, and some citrus from the hops, with the nose offering much of the same. This is a pretty basic pilsner, with good hop flavor but not much balance or much going on that makes this one interesting and memorable. It's a bit on the heavy side, and the dryness gets away from it on the finish. Carbonation is fairly low. Overall, this a well respected beer that is pretty solid but seems to be somewhat overrated.

12 oz bottle poured into pilsener glass.

A - Looks like a pilsener. Golden yellow, a good thick head after a somewhat aggressive pour. Fair amount of carbonation visible.

S - Not a whole lot going on. A bit of hops, and a hint of dankness. Not offensive, not wonderful.

T - Kind of bland, but the taste itself is good. A good pilsener flavor, a bit of hops, a touch of malt, and also a bit of the dankness noticed in the aroma. Perhaps it wasn't the freshest of 6'ers.

F - Crisp and refreshing, as a lager/pilsener should be. Could definitely drink a few of these on the golf course.

O - A decent pils. The taste itself is good, it's just a bit on the light side. A refreshing beer with decent flavor. Might buy again, but won't neccessarily look for it. Again, decent pilsener, but there are better examples of this style.

Pours a nice clear golden yellow color. Lots of bubbles rising to nice off whte two finger head some light lace.

Aroma is light malts, some sweetness, honey hints decent light hops grassy and clover notes.Nice light crisp brew.

Taste is not quite as good as the nose. Light bready malts some light citrus mostly lemon. Hops are mostly grassy in nature with a little minty kick. Light crisp brew makes a good lawnmower brew, but there are better pils out there.

Mouthfeel is light crisp with good crisp carbonation.

Overall worth a try not bad but wouldn't be my go to pilsener.
