Very Good
Sumpin’ EasySumpin’ Easy
Notes: A healthy dose of 2-row malted barley, a bit of wheaty-esque-ish-ness and loads of Ekuanot hops to create a super smooth and velvety ale with a fruit and resin-y- finish like biting into a freshly pickled peach. Easy!

12 oz can, about a month old.

Hops: Ekuanot, not sure what else

This is supposedly replacing 12th of Never, and I'm a bit disappointed by that. Peach notes are strong, it honestly tastes like fruit juice was added. I usually like fruit forward notes from hops, but it's a bit much.

A nice, citrus rind-edged, mildly dank, bitter-leaning clean pale ale.

24oz can poured into Duvel tulip. No apparent date on can, just some cryptic numbers printed on bottom. Picked this up at the grocery store for $4. The most expensive 24oz I've seen there ever. Hope it lives up to its price tag.

Appearance - Pours a very large dull white head that strongly keeps its shape and has amazing retention and absolutely massive sudsy tufts in lieu of traditional lacing. Moderately hazy gold body with almost an extremely faint greenish tint. 4.25

Smell - Pineapple, fresh grass and orange. 4.25

Taste - Bitter, wet grass up front, in the middle and well into the aftertaste. If you want that grassy hop bitterness, you get it here. 4

Mouthfeel - Has a short crisp effervescent bite up front that quickly morphs into a smooth ride straight into a mostly clean if bitter finish. Easy just like the name says. Medium bodied. 4.25

Overall - No off characters. Perfectly enjoyable, even sessionable APA. 4.25

12 oz. can:

Pours pale yellow with a thin, lasting, foamy head. Lacing sticks.

The smell is citric - grapefruit and orange - with floral notes mixing in.

The taste is of citric bitterness (grapefruit, lemon, orange), with enough malt to keep it together and smooth. Assertive bitterness with a slight alcohol bite in the finish. Refreshing.

A hop-forward, yet balanced with a refreshing fruity bitterness and malt smoothness, APA. Easy to drink and enjoyable!
