Poured from a bottle into tulip glass at around 45°F

Appearance: Slightly hazy golden yellow color with a nice one finger white head.

Smell: Ton of tropical and citrus fruits. I love when a beer smells juicy and this hits that mark.

Taste: Tropical but also some pine I didn't get in the smell. I don't really get any wheat in the taste.

Mouthfeel: Light medium body. Not too bitter and goes down extremely smooth. Very refreshing.

Overall: This beer isn't very true to the style in my opinion as I don't get much wheat flavor, which is probably why this is my favorite wheat ale lol. This would make for a great lighter tasting and drinkable IPA. I find myself drinking an awful lot of this during the spring and summer months. How is this 7.5%? My favorite Lagunitas's beer along with Hop Stoopid. Highly recommended.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass.

A: Pours a brilliant golden color with a nice fluffy white head. Good retention and lacing.

S: Grapefruit and floral notes mostly, with a bit of caramel in the background. Aroma is somewhat bready as well.

T: About the same as the nose, with more of an emphasis on the citrus character. Very well balanced. Spicy and biscuity for the finish with a bit of lingering hoppiness.

M: Light to medium body with a nice amount of carbonation. Little bit dry on the aftertaste.

O: Extremely drinkable beer, and is one of my go-to session brews. Balanced and very tasty.

Pours a brilliant golden with a billowing ivory head that lingers.

Pineapple, dank cannabis, resin, and fruit cocktail form the aroma. Extremely complex, and not at all what I expected.

Flavor is less fruity, tending more toward the resiny side, but tropical fruit does ever in a softer form. What forms the backbone, bridging the gap between fruity and resiny hops.

Body is a touch on the light side, with moderate carbonation and light alcohol warmth.

Probably the best American wheat ale I've had. Wish the fruity character were more pronounced in the flavor, but a great beer, overall.

A - Golden orange, clear with white head that fades quickly with minimal lacing.

S - Fruit, mainly in the form of lemon and passion-fruit. Some resiny sour notes and pine, but also floral notes.

T - Bright fruit elements, mostly citrus, lemon and tangerine, but also tropical fruit like passion-fruit. After the fruit apexes, a thread of wheat pops up, but is quickly eclipsed by a mild bitter close.

M - Moderate carbonation, some mild drying, but generally clean and crisp.

O - A fine wheat that reminds more of a West Coast IPA than a typical wheat beer. Great.

Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a Pint Glass..

A) Pours a pale yet bold golden color, a lot of light penetrating this brew showing off the decent amount of carbonation within. Half an inch of semi-dense white head covers the top but fades fairly quickly.

S) Very biscuity and very floral, and the combination of the two pair together perfectly to make quite the nice smelling brew. A touch of lemon rounds off the scent nicely.

T) The taste almost mirrors the nose which is exactly what I was hoping for. The floral rushes the palate but is taken over by a mild bitterness, ultimately balancing each other out to near perfection. Dried grass, oh so yummy.

M) The body is medium-light with no overpowering yeasts or hops to linger. Finishes very smooth.

O) I'm rather new to the world of hoppy wheats... if they're all this damn good, it looks like I will have to keep indulging. Great brew Lagunitas!

A fantastic ale. At roughly 60 IBUs, this is an ale to recommend to any of your friends, regardless of palate and preferences. Strong floral/citrus aromas with a smooth, two finger head from the bottle. This ale is the perfect supplement to a spring day.

A - 4.25 - golden amber crystal clear color, white head that dissipates pretty quickly,
S - 4.5 - Dank, garlic, pine, citrus (grapefruit, orange, papaya, mango),
T - 4.5 - Follows the nose, dankness, resin, garlic, pine, citrus with all the same stuff you see in the smell.
M - 4.5 - very bitter, light-medium mouthfeel, alc covered, aftertaste is grapefruit/lemon/lime zest, nice and fruity
O - 4.5 - Great beer. I don't think I've had this fresh enough before. Lagunitas is a pretty impressive brewery, great hoppy, big beers.
