A - Brighter yellow than expected. Sweet head and carbonation bubbles.

S - Fruity and hoppy. I'd use it as cologne.

T - Follows the nose, very fruity, hints of apricot, grapefruit, even grape juice. Big floral hop flavor on top of that, but not too bitter. Awesome.

M - Light, somewhat sticky, well-carbonated.

O - Wow. Great. Will be buying again.

The Little Sumpin' Sumpin' Ale is the perfect balance of hops and taste. It pours smoothly with a slight head and the colour is fantastic. When taking a sniff of the beer you can clearly smell the hops but it isn't overpowering. It's as if there is enough to say I'm here but I'm not going to melt your face off. The taste is very similar. You get the boldness of the hops, but the aftertaste is smooth and lacks the bitterness of some overly hoppy ales.

It pours bright: a clean, pale ochre. A subtle presence on the palette. I’ve been consuming this beer with pleasure long before I decided to pen its impressions, so it is fun to reflect upon tasting it tonight. A robust wheaty-ness, with a hint of a clover/pine hoppy-sharpness, a rounding dryness to finish.

Lagunitas is a favorite, so I am slightly biased. The complexity of this brew renders it a favorite!

Served in a mason jar looking mug from the brewer.

A: dark golden with a thin white head.

S: hops and alcohol

T: good amount of bitterness. Mostly just taste the hops.

M: crisp but not too crisp. Goes down smooth. Good beer to drink at the sports bar.

O: decent ipa. I would order again.
