Light amber in color, fairly heavy pour creates half an inch of off-white head that peters out to a thin bubbly film. Nice lacing but not as much of a cap as I prefer for the style.

This beer smells great. A Balanced mix of fruitiness and hops. Not much in the realm of malts or bread/wheat that I expected, probably due to the intense hope spiciness.

There is a lot going on with taste. The fruitiness in the aroma is not as pronounced in the taste as the hops really take over here. The hops take a brief second to kick in as the taste starts a little spicy and finishes more bitter. There is a little bit of bread in the aftertaste.

The mouthfeel is a little more dry than I expected, slightly astringent. a decent amount of carbonation, I would say a little more than moderate. Light to medium in body.

Overall pretty good. Personally I would rather have a little more malt in the backbone of this one. The hops are balanced out in the aroma but not in the taste. I do like the lightness in body for the ABV. This one does not taste as strong as it is.

Pours a mostly clear darker yellow color with a fizzy white head and good retention through the taste.

The nose is hop forward with a more west coast flair. Some citrus, piney and lemon. A bit resinous and dank as well. Some minor malt notes, more biscuit and hint of what. Some minor yeast notes but mostly clean.

The taste is similar but lacking complexity. The hops come out with more citrus and soft herbal and piney notes. Some bitterness that lingers into the finish and hides the rest of the beer. Some hints of malts and yeast but really limited.

The body is moderate to light. Astringent from the hops is a bit of a distraction. Over all a nice hop forward beer but would like some backing or balance.
