12oz bottle into a pint glass
no born on/best before date

A: Pours an absolutely crystal clear golden yellow with 3 fingers width of dense, bright white head. Head dissipates down slowly to a thick film that remains throughout the majority of the drink. Leaves a sheet of fine bubbled lacing.

S: Tropical fruit hop notes with big aromas of pineapple, mango, and papaya. Sweet malts, and spicy and sweet wheat aromas. Citrus notes in the form of orange and lemon-lime. A hint of piney bitterness. Fantastic.

T: Sweet characters are what I get first, sweet malts, wheat and some sweeter fruit notes. Next the hops come out with pine and citrus in the form of orange and lemon zest. Huge hop notes for the style. Excellent.

M/D: Medium body, exceptionally smooth for the style, slightly drying on the finish, great drinkability for the ABV.

O: Overall, what a fantastic beer. Hands down the best American Pale Wheat Ale Ive ever had (blows Gumballhead out of the water if you ask me). Highly recommend.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a standard pint glass.

A - Perfect golden hue and slightly hazy with a thick finger of head. Good retention of the head a very nice lacing.

S - Sweet malt/grain, minerals, papaya, citrus, and esters. Quite nice, like an IPA but sweeter and less piney.

T - Big maltiness balanced by some bitter but not overly floral or citrus-like, very well balanced. The fruit from the smell is somewhat present but the minerality more-so. Fresh and super well balanced. Esters are present naturally, but come more as an afterthought and the taste lingers in a pleasant way.

M - Thick enough to have real feel, but thin and bubbly enough to be very refreshing, especially when cold. Super balanced. Dangerous.

O - This is a dangerous beer, super balanced, very tasty, and yet refreshing especially when cold despite the higher alcohol content. This is one of those beers that could be treated as a session beer but could have you stumbling home afterwards. Wonderful stuff.

A- pours slightly hazy pale golden wheat with a foamy and frothy two-finger head that retains long after the pour, leaving patches of lace.

S- bright citrusy hops with some fruity esters, notes of peach, mango and pineapple. A bit of tartness from the wheat, awesome fruit notes

T- unique flavor for the style. The fruity notes from the aroma follows closely in taste, pineapple, mango and apricot. Malty sweetness balances it out nicely and provides some sugary caramel. Just enough hops to be noticed with the wheat providing a tart kick

M- medium body with moderate carbonation, creamy and smooth mouthfeel with a somewhat dry finish. This goes down way too easy for 7.5%!

O- this one is so refreshing and loaded with fruity flavor. The fruitiness is authentic, almost like it has fruit juice infused. Well balanced with nearly a perfect mouthfeel, could easily get through a 6pack of this!

Lagunitas Little Sumpin' Sumpin' Ale

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a Lagunitas mason jar. Served chilled.

A) Golden amber with nice clarity. There was a finger of frothy white head. Decent retention and lacing.

S) Hop bitterness hits you with a zesty citrus scent, transitioning nicely to a tropical fruit sweetness.

T) Woo hoo this is good... It follows the nose and has a nice lemon poppyseed muffin finish.

M) Medium bodied with the right amount of carbonation. Highly drinkable crisp, refreshing, bit dry at the end. Nice aftertaste....

O) Lagunitas rarely disappoints, and this is no exception. Glad to recommend this beer. Delicious....

A - Pours a staw yellow with a two-finger white head. Heavy sticky lacing.

S - Lots of citrus with a good amount sweet malt.

T - Citrus, mostly grapefruit and orange peel. Nice amount of sweet bready malts with a slight bit of piney hops in the finish.

M - Medium bodied with high carbonation. Nice smooth mouthfeel.

O - This reminds more of a pale ale than a wheat. Delicious none the less. This is a beer I plan on coming back to often.
