There are almost 1500 reviews that will cover the profile ASTMO's, so this will go a different direction.

This is a workhorse IPA. While not a special occasion pour, it is worthy as a fridge stocker. A bit more subtle than Stone, a bit more aggressive than Sierra Nevada, it hits a nice balance. A drinkable IPA with enough hop bite to remind you it is indeed an IPA. This is my wife's house beer and there is always one in the fridge.

Serving Type: 12 oz bottle poured into an IPA glass.

Appearance: Clear, lightly golden straw color. Lasting rocky head with moderate lacing.

Smell: Plenty of citrus peel and pine needles.

Taste: Clearly hop forward. Light, malty body with refreshing lemony citrus and pine. Slightly resinous finish, otherwise clean and dry. Not very bitter or complex.

Mouthfeel: Medium in both body and carbonation.

Overall: Refreshing, straightforward, IPA. Definitely on the lighter side compared with some of its West Coast peers.
