They're certainly known for their pizza, but don't overlook their artisan salads and made-in-house ice cream! Glen comes up with some flavors and recipes that are just out of this world!
The beer list is always rotating and the food is outstanding and you'll often catch some live music. Not many places around Dayton, Oh offer live music, so this is a giant plus from me.
It is in a mall setting, but don't lower your expectations. This place is top notch and certainly among the best places the area has to offer!
I only have one complaint, they have a terrible wine list, but that's okay, I like beer more anyways!

Not a large place- long and narrow dining area with a small outdoor seating section for good weather. Live music throughout the week. Always has an above average selection of 10 rotating craft beers. Good mix of seasonally appropriate brews, including some challenging picks. Pizza is very good with quality ingredients but a little on the pricier side.

Note they appear to have raised prices in the past year. Be prepared to pay an extra dollar or two over the other well known gourmet pizza places around town, in some cases for less za.
Menu selection was excellent, from salads to za's to sandwiches. Went late on a Sunday so the place was half full and thankfully quiet. Service was excellent for my table as well as others within my area.
Za was great. We ordered two mediums, each half and half in order to try four different styles. I would have gone for larges if it wasn't so pricey. Crust was excellent: hand tossed, perfectly chewy with a good bit of flavor but I have to admit a certain place near campus has their crust beat. Crust ring size was near perfect. Toppings were abundant with no dough showing through anywhere; I was very impressed here.
Beer selection - 12 craft taps and the selection I'd rate a little over average as they did have 3-4 high end beers on tap and they are known to support the craft scene. However the bad part was those high end taps were served in smaller glasses at prices others in town charged for 16oz pints. For example the first beer I ordered was in a tulip (albeit as advertised) and the second beer I ordered labeled as a "pint" was delivered in a Libbey Duratuff 12oz Endeavor glass. No Thanks!!
Would I go back, if nearby yes only because the za was excellent but reluctantly due to the high prices and unscrupulous beer glass practices. However I will be sure to order very carefully and not with the expectation of ordering extra to take home as I usually do (love pizza!).

Nice place to stop and eat dinner if you find yourself in the Fairfield Commons Mall.
The atmosphere is pretty cool, kind of an upscale pizza place feel. They have live music playing on the weekends sometimes.
The beer selection was actually quite a nice surprise. The first time that I went (Jan 2010), they had fresh Hopslam on tap and they poured it in a 12oz tulip! A few visits later they had BA Hell Hath No Fury! I ordered the HHNF and the manager/owner? came out and poured himself a glass and talked beer with me for a while. It was a really cool experience.
The pizza is very tasty but to be honest it is the only thing that I have ever ordered so I can't speak for the rest of the menu.
I saw that they do brewery dinner parties where the feature a brewery and pair brews to a 5 course meal. I have been meaning to make it to one but haven't yet.
Overall, if you want a great brew and pizza, check out Spinoza's.
