12 oz can poured into willybecher glass canned on 6/27
A: Amber dark gold in color, hazy body. Head is a creamy white and decent sized disappating quickly.
S: Smells like fresh cut grass, lemon, and light hints of cantaloupe, touches of maltiness.
T: Sweet, malty, light hints of the nose. Very light hints of lemon and grass. Mostly just malts and sweetness. You get light hints of citra hops but nothing astonishing.
M: medium to fuller a little heavy for what it is purported to be.
O: Very average Citra hopped beer. The citra has the nose but nothing in the follow through with the taste. The beer is unnecessarily sweet and malty. If you are looking for a great Citra hopped forward beer this isn't it.

Canned 6/28
Pours a bright orange gold. Big cream colored sea foam head. Slighlty transparent.
Smells like tropical fruits. Mango, orange, melon, papaya. Also a lot of sweet doughy malts.
Wow. Sweet. Malty. Kind of a mess. Some of the fruit is there along with a little bit of out of place pine and aspirin bitterness. Just really sugary.
Body is pretty full. A bit syrupy and hard to drink. I would swear this is an imperial/dipa.
I was surprised by this one. Thought it was a safe bet since I love Anti Hero. Not sure if it crashes hard, or I had a bad batch because the ratings don't reflect what I am trying to finish.

12 oz can..."Filled 6-01-17" stamped on the bottom
Pours near clear, slightly lighter amber, under a large and lasting light khaki cap....slowly receeding and leaving a nice looking fine fil, and low ringed sheeting.
Bright nose of fresh tropical fruit, mango/papaya/pineapple yum
More of the same on the palate, juicy fruits abounding...more mango/papaya and pineapple...brightly flavorful, fresh and quite tasty...well worth seeking out

Poured from a 12 oz. can into an IPA glass. Canned on 05/19/2016.
Appearance: Pours a bright golden orange with a lot of rising bubbles. Big three finger white head that slowly settles into a thin creamy layer.
Smell: A very juicy and piney hop driven aroma with a scent of ripe citrus and pine. Big citrus and tropical fruit notes of orange peel, pineapple, grapefruit, lemon, and mango. Also some pine resin and grassy hops. Malt hints of caramel, cracker, and grains with yeast. A pretty nice juicy aroma.
Taste: Like it smells, a juicy and piney hop driven taste with notes of citrus fruit and pine. Upfront taste of tropical and citrus hops with notes of orange peel, grapefruit, pineapple, lemon, and mango. Good earthy hop notes of pine resin and grass. Background malt notes of cracker, caramel, and grains along with some yeast. A very good ripe taste.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a moderate level of carbonation. Juicy, oily, and drying.
Overall: A very good IPA. Big citrus and pine presence as expected for a Citra hop featuring brew.
