A month-long lagering period keeps our dry, light-bodied Kolsch smooth and lightly fruity. Crisp, cracker-like malt character finishes with a dry, effervescent snap.

Thanks to Thomas for this one!

Pale gold with a frothy cover of foam, spotty lace around the edges.
Clean and crisp, yeast driven aroma with light pale malt bleeding through.
Light grape sweetness, crisp and dry aftertaste with a clean malty middle.
Light bodied and very drinkable, a session candidate for sure. Very well made with no flaws.

I've had this about half a dozen times, and every time it's a refreshing break from hops, barrels, etc.
Sometimes a simpler, nuanced beer is what you want. Simplicity is vastly underrated.

I tried this beer at the brewery. It poured a clear golden white with white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had hints biscuit and lemon highlights. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with pleasant yeast presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a decent beer.

Canned on 6/19/19. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours a light pale golden; small white head that fades leaving okay retention and lacing. The aromas are on the mild side. Subtle hints of citrus. Some floral notes. Some bread and crackers. Hints of grass. Malts are there. The flavors are clean. More subtle hints of citrus. More floral notes. More fresh grass. Bread, crackers and grains come through. Malts do their thing without dominating. Low bitterness. Finishes dry. Alcohol goes completely unnoticed. Mouthfeel is light-bodied with active carbonation. It's sharp, fluffy, smooth and easy to drink.

This is a solid brew. It's very clean, crisp and refreshing. It's very fitting for the warmer weather. Not bad at all.

12oz can, filled 07-19-2019. Crystal clear golden hued body with a fluffy white head. Floral, spicy, and grassy hop aroma with some pale malt. Refreshing flavors but a little too hop forward for the style in my opinion: notes of spicy, earthy, grassy noble hops, pale biscuity malt, white grape, and chardonnay. Light-to-medium body, moderate carbonation, dry and moderately bitter finish. Easy drinker with some good flavors, but I like my Kölsch a little less bitter. (7/10)
