12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of floral notes, orange juice and toasted caramel. Sweet orange, caramel and toffee.

Pours a decently carbonated yellow. Fruits are delicate with watermelon, cantaloupe, pear, lemon and guava in the smell with dusty hops. Body is very dry and carbonated, with hops being the star, but all fruit nuance has been cut down besides melon. Feel is hoppy, actually wet in feel despite dry taste, and bubbly

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 12/11/2018. Pours slightly hazy deep golden amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, watermelon, red apple, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, toasted biscuit, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, watermelon, red apple, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, toasted biscuit, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, watermelon, red apple, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, toasted biscuit, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly crisp/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.2%. Overall this is an excellent IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth, easy, and fairly crisp to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish, not aggressive. Awesome El Dorado showcase, with added Cascade/Citra in the background. Very juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy balanced hop complexity; with a great balancing bready malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness from lingering/crisp resin dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example. Another great addition to the series as expected.

12oz can, filled 12-04-2018. Foamy off-white head caps a deep golden colored body. Juicy tropical fruit aroma with citrus and pine. Great El Dorado hop flavors that pair well with the malt profile; mango, melon, orange zest, pine, caramel, grain, pear, grapefruit all come to mind as I drink it. Medium body, ample carbonation, dry & bitter finish. This was very good as expected from my previous experiences with the other "hop-Hero" variations.

It is not good at all. Tastes more like juice than beer, no hop smell, tastes kind of like someone mixed beer with apple juice... maybe mine was expired or something? Not sure

Pour is a slightly hazy golden color with a dense bone white head. Nose is full of citrus and melon aromas.

The melon is front and center on the taste, and is complemented by th citrus flavors that include oranges and passion fruit. Mouthfeel is substantial and slightly oily. Love it.

I’ve had most of the iterations of this series, and have really enjoyed them all. This is no exception.

Canned on 12/4/18. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours golden with nice clarity with bubbles racing upwards; fluffy white head that falls leaving nice retention and sticky lacing. The aromas are floral along with some hints of citrus. Some fresh bread and crackers. Malts are there. The flavors are floral and citric. Some lemon and grapefruit. Lots of fresh grass. Moderate bitterness. Malts do their thing without dominating. Finishes dry. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is very nice. It's medium-bodied with active carbonation. It's sharp, fluffy, smooth and easy to drink.

This is a solid IPA. It's not flashy or anything too crazy, but it's well crafted. It's clean, crisp, sharp and refreshing. Not bad.

Included in the Fall 2018 League of Heroes 12 pack. Canned on 11/5/18. Poured from a 12 oz can into a snifter. Pours a clear, amber/straw body with a quickly dissipating head. Stickiness on the glass. Smell is classic, American dirty-socks IPA with faint citrus notes. Mouthfeel is standard, somewhat watery. Bitterness is immediate, and back end crisp. Apart from Jukebox-Hero, this might be the least Revolution-y of the Hero series. Very crisp, not a very sustained after taste. Wouldn't go out of my way, but will keep the other two cans for myself.
