From a 3-week-old 19.2oz (!!!) can purchased at Rosemont Liquor near O'Hare. This can is making the 16 ouncers feel inadequate. Pours a clear light gold. Big white head leaves solid sheet of lacing in my hotel room glass. Smell has citrus, pine and floral notes, but is a bit muted. Taste follows but much bigger. Modest bitterness. Smooth, slightly oily feel. Nice old-school IPA, happy to find it fresh.

from the can, in a tulip glass, copper in color, almost translucent, more piney than citrusy

A quite drinkable IPA. Nice color and decent flavor. Overall a good IPA but not exceptional.

Golden amber in a pint glass. The ubiquitous local craft at ORD today.
Thin top, lacing stays on glass.
Nice balance of malts and hops, and nothing even remotely reminiscent of ''hazy juicy''. I see it as a typical, traditional GOOD Midwestern IPA.
So lovely during the long waits at terminal 5

Six week-old can distributed to the line for Revolution's VSOJ and Code Switch release. I've had Anti-Hero before, but I'm enjoying it this time at home the day after the release, in a quieter environment. A very nice balance of bitter citrus fruits and cracker-like malt.

Medium character. Great and distinctive taste. Not overpowering. Good bubble action. Classic goof

Poured from a 12oz can with a canned on date of 8/27/18; into a pub glass.
Appearance- a clear gold with troops of bubbles that hold a medium thick pillow white head that leaves a thick sheet of lacing.
Smell- a blend of juicy tropical, citrus and even some peach along with a touch of pine!
Taste - pine and earth flavors outshine the fruit which typically doesn’t work for me, however, some traditional IPA’s like Stone, Hop Devil and Torpedo pull it off beautifully, and this isn’t up to that level, but is in the team picture!
Feel - aggressive earthy bitterness and a nice malt backing that forms a well balanced finish!
Overall- this is a really good traditional IPA that works well in the Fall!

Initially had in Revolution Brewpub in Chicago and then brought a single can (19.2 oz) home. Pours a clear golden copper with 2-3 finger white creamy head.
Aroma is piney, grapefruit, caramel malt; taste follows pine on caramel malt backbone, grapefruit, orange peel, a bit dank - well balanced bitterness. Full mouthfeel, smooth finish with perfect lingering bitterness. Absolutely great.

Pours a crystal clear honey gold with a massive white head that lasts, great lacing as it finally gives way. Aroma is citrusy and dankness. Flavor is ever so slightly sweet, bold citrus up front with a nice bitter hop punch in the finish. Feel is medium/light bodied with adequate carbonation. Overall a great beer that I wish saw distribution here.

12 Once can with a 6/07/2017 fill date(over 1 year ago): This will be a provisional rating due the age of this can. This is a "Fred Beer" provided by the MHTG.
*Pours dark straw, turbid. Off white 1/4" of head that falls, but leaves great lacing.
*citrus (grapefruit)
*Despite the age, a festival of citrus hops up front with bready malt flavor.
*Medium body with a clean hop-inspired finish. I would love a try a fresher version.
