Notes:
An American hop assault for all the ambivalent warriors who get the girl in the end. “Look, I ain't in this for your revolution, and I'm not in it for you, Princess.” This iconic ale features a blend of four hop varieties which creates a crisp bitterness and imparts massive floral and citrus aromas.

Poured from a 12oz can with a canned on date of 8/27/18; into a pub glass.
Appearance- a clear gold with troops of bubbles that hold a medium thick pillow white head that leaves a thick sheet of lacing.
Smell- a blend of juicy tropical, citrus and even some peach along with a touch of pine!
Taste - pine and earth flavors outshine the fruit which typically doesn’t work for me, however, some traditional IPA’s like Stone, Hop Devil and Torpedo pull it off beautifully, and this isn’t up to that level, but is in the team picture!
Feel - aggressive earthy bitterness and a nice malt backing that forms a well balanced finish!
Overall- this is a really good traditional IPA that works well in the Fall!

Pours a clear copper reddish color with a three finger head in a Spiegelau glass. Carbonation bubbles from the bottom.
Aroma: earthy citrus, Pine, spice. Mosaic?
Very carbonated.
I don't get a strong fruit taste, however with warming there is more citrus. It seems that the hoppiness in the beer dwarfs the citrus taste.
The beer finishes with an excellent bitter and spicy hoppiness.
Highlights of this beer: earthy, spicy hoppy character. Excellent beer, although I would have preferred a stronger fruit taste.

Aroma: Floral hop aroma up front with a light and pleasant citrus character. Hints of orange and lemon and a hint of pine. Fermentation character is clean with all the trappings of a hopped up American IPA.
Appearance: Deep copper pour with a medium white head that retains well. Appears still in the glass. Lacings cling to the glass.
Flavor: Big floral and citric hop punch up front. Just a hint of caramel sweetness that is quickly subdued by the big citrus hop flavor and bitterness. Balance is firmly bitter. Finish is clean and dry.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with medium high carbonation. A hint of hop derived astringency and just a touch of alcohol heat.
Overall impression: Immensely drinkable and loaded with tons of hop character. I love this beer. Great example of the style.

Poured from a 12 oz. can into a chalice. Canned on 05/19/2016.
Appearance: Pours a bright golden orange with a moderate amount of bubbles. Big two finger off white head which settles into a thin creamy layer.
Smell: A juicy and earthy hop forward aroma with a scent of citrus and grass. Citrus hop scent of grapefruit, orange peel, lemon, tangerine, and pineapple. Earthy and floral hop hints of grass and pine. Malt hints of caramel, grains, and cracker with some yeast. A pretty solid aroma.
Taste: Like it smells, a juicy and earthy hop driven taste with notes of citrus and grass. Citrus hop notes of orange peel, grapefruit, tangerine, and lemon along with pineapple. Also some earthy and floral hops with some grass and pine. Backing pale malt notes of caramel, cracker, and grains along with yeast. A pretty nice taste.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a moderate level of carbonation. Crisp, juicy, and smooth with a drying finish.
Overall: A pretty solid IPA. Nice citrus and earthy hop notes.

Poured from 12 oz can into tulip glass
A - A vibrant golden body and thick, foamy white head. Moderate lacing.
S - Tropical pineapple, fresh flowers, grapefruit rind, and lemon.
T - Pineapple and citrus hop flavors dominate from the get-go. Then, a rush of sugar cookie malt sweetness. The finish is mildly bitter with cloying sweetness lingering on the tongue.
M - a fairly hefty body gives the beer a creamy mouthfeel. Good carbonation.
O - The hop aromas and flavors are superb and inviting. However, the overly saccharine malt just overwhelms the tasting. A drier finish could make this an epic beer.

Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass. Can dated Dec 15th 2014.
Deep crystal amber orange, quite clear with lots of fine carbonation. Head forms a little slowly but with off white color manages a good four finger tall and controlled size. Heavily soapy and bubbled in the make up, but with some good and decent staying power, and a little bit of clingy pill and bubbled lacing.
Mild hints of pine hop aromatics, a little fruit juiced, but very closed bouquet. Not much really going on down there, some slightly leafy character but feels and senses quite wet. Struggling to find something distinct or just obvious about this on the aroma but it's just not there.
Palate improves quite a bit. Very light and nearly wet body, but still manages some flavorful juice quality. Hints of leafy green and pine sensations, with a bit of mellow wood. Very nice tolerable honey like malt sweetness. Finishes very light and quick letting the flavors almost dissolve and disappear a bit too fast.
Overall fairly good, but sort of not really drawn to this personally which seems to not make me desire this much.

Snagged a 6er over my usual 4pack of Daisy cutter cans, better be worth it!
A- Drinking it outta the can bro! (Sweet looking can tho so 4.0)
S- Delicous dank hops with no malt to speak of. Loving this smell
T- Mmmm sweet juicy hops. Mostly citrus with just the right touch of pine, magnificent. Again no malt, but it works well with this beer
M- Pretty smooth but awkward carbonation in the end. Worst part of the beer (thats not saying much cuz this is awesome)
O- This will now alternate with DC for my TNF drink of choice, very good. I recommend highly
