So I have this beer can pyramid, but this can didn't get added to it because my Dad liked it and took it from me for his own display of cans. . . that he threw away 3 months later.

Anyways, picked this up while in Milwaukee during the summer of 2017. Pours a golden color with good clarity and a soft 1/2" white head, looks professional and west coast ipa like. The aroma seems to pop off with the amarillo hop most noticeable (I would guess that is what it is).

Taste is nice and hoppy, I dunno, Simcoe, Citra in here? Has that kind of dry bitterness coupled with some additional citrus notes the whole time. Very good, very light and dry mouth feel that continues through the entire beer. This is some prototype kind of stuff. Starts to delve into pine/tree like territory as well, might be some CTZ or Centennial in here. Bitterness seems to be in the 60-70ibu range.

This is a real good beer and dare I say underappreciated, so I must surmise that it must be readily available as opposed to rare.

I purchased a 19.2 oz can of this that was produced about a month and a half ago.

Anti-Hero IPA pours a clear golden hue with a nice head and lacing.

The aroma is really nice with a citrus forward approach but there is also a touch of pine and malt present.

The flavor starts out really citrus forward and somewhat juicy but then it trails off to a more piney and bitter finish. The bitterness was a bit too harsh than I usually like but overall it wasn’t too bad.

This is a very good IPA from Revolution Brewing and on a side note the can art is pretty awesome.

Anti-Hero pours a copper color, with a big lacing head. Nice simple hoppy aroma. Flavor, has a full hoppy flavor, nice bitterness, hints of dryness, and a hint of sweetness near the end. Good body and feel. Overall, a full and tasty IPA that is also very drinkable.

Grabbed some of these to take to the face on the one year anniversary of the Election of the Great Cheetoh #45.
Thought the can was fitting, and that a tart IPA may wash the lingering taste of acrid dismay out of my mouth.
As the beer was hazy, my mind went to Patrick Swayze. Come to find out, this brew pairs well with a viewing of Red Dawn (the original-the reboot sucked). WOLVERINES!!!!!

Appearance: This flagship IPA from Chicago’s masterful Revolution pours a clean amber, with a thick head of off-white suds. A fence-wall of lace.

Aroma: Crisp citrus and tropical fruit hops. Enticing.

Taste: Brisk and bitter citrus rind, with caramel malts pulling up the rear. A distinctly modern American IPA that hits all the right spots, coating the tongue with tons of hops. Delicious and pretty well top-notch for the style.

This was less then 6 weeks old but it was completely devoid of hop aroma. The bitterness was there of course but the unbalanced malt flavor and aroma was just too much. I need to get this fresh.

Poured from 12-ounce can into a stemless wine glass. Very pretty deep copper color, with a thick white head that left lots of spotty lacing as it settled. Although the sample was two and a half months past the canning date, the aromas and flavors were bright and citrusy. Orange, orange peel, tropical fruit, and perfumy notes, with a little sweet caramel to balance it out and a ton of pleasant, zesty bitterness that lingers on the finish. Overall, an excellent IPA.
