Poured from 22oz bottle into Chimay goblet.

A - Pale, hazy, amber-gold with a creamy white head.

S - Tart dried apricots and straw.

T - Citrus rind, hops, grassy finish.

M - Crisp carbonation, medium body, mildly cloying hops.

I wish it tasted more like it smells. It's not bad, just missing the saison funk and overly hopped.

A: Honey color, white foamy head; about two fingers worth.

S: Sweet honey smell, very perfumy. Has a hint of yeast and banana. Like a light smelling Hefe Weizen.

T: Bready, has a hop taste mid palate. The lingering flavor reminds me of the White Christmas from Samuel Adams. It's really good that it doesn't have any taste of alcohol since I've had beers at this alcohol level with present alcohol taste.

M: Light, and oily mouth feel. Doesn't leave much of an aftertaste in your mouth.

O: Not a bad beer. There was nothing spectacular about this beer but there's nothing wrong with it either. I would have it again.

Appearance: golden straw color. Very clear transparent look. Half a finger of head on the pour which was present on the sides of the glass while drinking. Creamy lacing at each level after drinking.

Smell: earthy grains and yeast jumps out of the glass. Slightly spicy hop profile. Malt comes off with an interesting musty sweetness.

Taste: leafy greens and buttery yeast shine through. A medium to heavy body lingers on the palate. The malt sweetness blasts through on the back end of this brew. really pleasant earthy tones ride throughout.

Mouthfeel: easy drinking and refreshing but with plenty of full body to keep the palate entertained.

Overall: a lot of great things going on here. Great Mouthfeel with a ton of traditional flavors. Really enjoyed all the Revolution beers I have had so far.

The beer is fairly hazy, appearing copper to orange hued with an off-white head. The aroma offers malt, sweet and sour apples, green, earth. Earth and mineral water character. Perhaps a mild tartness. Medium bodied, finishing dry with a hint of spice. Overall, this was okay.
