Clear mahogany with a off white fluffy head of a half inch.

Bready biscuity with hints of chocolate, caramel, yeast and a light floral hop aroma.

Dark fresh baked breads a slight roasted quality with a toffee caramel finish. Clean and zippy carbonation. Good bitterness on the finish. Candies almonds on the finish very nice.

Crisp as hell, with some slight roasted notes and just enough caramel and real understated raisin to keep you creeping back to it's sand-blasted alter and begging for more. Balanced where too often American Bocks tend to get too malt heavy. If you are a fan of well lagered beer you should check this out.

On-tap at the pub.... I hate to say it but this is one of the true disappointments I've had from Revolution... The body is dark purplish brown, hardly any head to speak of... The aroma is very bread, dark fruits, figs mostly. Not bad but boring... The taste is just bad, very chemical and harsh with lots of alcohol poking through.
