Muddy dark brown with a spackled tan top.
The nose is, to put it modestly....CAPTAIN AND COKE. Holy shit. This smells like a stiff college-bar-I-know-the-bartender-and-I-want-to-get-laid mixed drink. It truly is all sugar, cola, and spiced rum. Just boozy as hell.
The strength doesn't translate to the taste. And that's a good thing....or maybe it's not. It still seems like a rum and cola mixer, but more stingy, and packed with ice. Dilute notions of molasses and vanilla, along with vague caramelized ginger and nutmeg. Rides out with sassafras and no mentionable hops.
You might be able to pound down a couple before the sweetness cloys up on you. It honesty seems like a cheap mixed drink, moreso than any beer I've ever had, including Avery's Beast (though the booze is way toned down here, comparatively). It's not explicitly terrible, but it veers towards that direction. Strangely, though, I don't hate this as much as I feel that I should. But then again, I do want to get laid.

Pours a black color. 1/4 inch head of a tan color. Good retention and decent lacing. Smells of grain, sweet malt, pale malt, slight metallic, hint of dark citrus, and slight alcohol. Fits the style of a Foreign / Export Stout. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp with an average carbonation level. Tastes of roasted malt, sweet malt, alcohol, and grain. Overall, grainy/metallic aftertaste dominates.

Has the look of a decent stout..pourws black as night, light has a bugger of a time making any headway through the blackness...Agressive pour yielded a merangue-like tan head and gobs of lacing sticking to the glass.

Smell was an interesting cross between dark roast coffee, dark, raw sugar, and chocolate milk.

Taste is watery and 1 dimensional. Dark roast malts, a milky sweetness, and booze from the 7.6% ABV.

Colder the beer is, the more the carbonation tends to interfere...but I'll give it an average based on the mean. Still a tad watery @ any temperature.

Worth sampling if only marginally so. Much better bang for the buck and a better experience overall vs Red Stripe

A big thanks to Robbeer for bringing this out to Japan.

Appearance: Deep black body with small, very dark head.
Aroma: Fresh cola aroma with hints of berries. Very light.
Flavor: Cola and alcohol fruitiness flavor. Light and simple.
MF: This is quite a light bodied beer considering it is an export stout. The high alcohol is really not that apparent.
DrinkabilityI imagine this is like a Jamaican malt liquor b/c it is lacking in character, high in alcohol and easy to knock back.

Pours out pitch black, solidly opaque. Small tight brown spongy head with little retention, and a small bit of lacing. The nose contains a great deal of chocolate (like fudge brownies), booze soaked fruit like cherries raisins and currents, along with a touch of Kaluha, the boozy presence is definitely present. If I close my eyes it smells like a White Russian (reminding me of The Big Lebowski). For so much aroma the flavour is pretty flat, sweet molasses and boozy fruit, with a lingering alcohol aftertaste. The mouthfeel seems watery, yet carries weight over the palate, becomes quite thick on the swallow. A stout that is going in too many contradictory directions at once, no continuity or balance or consistency. The alcohol content really hits you though, a real sugary buzz.
