Lemon Gose- An unfiltered wheat beer brewed with sea salt and fresh Moroccan Lemons. This traditional German style ale exhibits a unique saline characteristic and bright aromas of Lemon. Firm estery notes of stone and tropical fruit lead to funky, yeasty, citrus aromas. Soft cereal and oak flavors are enveloped by a firm acidity and tartness. The finish is dry and crisp; a thoroughly enjoyable beverage.

On tap at the barrel works. Looks like tasty beer.
Pleasant sour funky nose. Solid. Delicious Brett smell.
Lemony tart funky taste. Crispy and very good.
Perfect sour mouthfeel. Rich, creamy, tart, and smooth. Lingering carbonation.
Very good crisp clean sour.
Personal preference is probably biased against this. I love fruited sours and preferred the bretta rose. If you prefer straight sours this is probably should be bumped up.

Very tasty - not too sour, not too sweet. I couldn't find anything wrong with it - approachable enough for a sour initiate, full enough to satisfy an aficionado. I saw it listed as a red ale aged in oak barrels. I enjoyed a 6 oz taster but would love to share a 750 with a friend, should such a thing ever become available. In that volume it appeared strawberry blond, but I noticed that in a 10oz goblet it had a deeper red color. Nice and funky nose, lovely mouthfeel and enough acid to give your mandible glands a solid wake-up call. Easily paired with the typical sour-friendly dishes.
