Poured from can into tulip good 2+ finger cream colored head, good retention, great lacing. Pale opaque golden in the glass. Lots going on on the nose. Pineapple, orange, pretty much all kind of tropical goodness going on here. Taste is initially sweet, slight hop bite, pineapple, orange, peach and so much more. It reminds me of one of those orange juice blends where they dump in a shit load of other fruit. I am not a NEIPA person, mainly because I find them one dimensional on the palate a lot of the time. This one doesn't go that far. It has a good firm bitterness that ends the sip. Great beer, will definitely go thru more than one

Hazy, crazy, rage-y.
A) All the haze expected with a tight white head and loads of lace.
S) Balanced fruit over malt: pineapple, passionfruit, tropical salad.
T) First pineapple and passionfruit lead, not too sweet, then the finish is juicy and bitter
F) Mid, mid, mid - and clean finish, juicy. Finishes citrus juicy on palate.
O) Toned down but balanced = superior hazed IPA.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 12 fl oz can on February 19, 2019. Mid-haze that is a little light in body. Lots of juicy tropical fruit notes.

An aggressive pour reveals a hazy straw color with a dense, soapy white head. The nose is a tropical hootenanny - juicy oranges, big passion fruit, ripe berries, and coconut (thank you, Cashmere hops!).

The taste is really well balanced with the oranges most prominent (thank you, Mandarina Bavaria hops!), but they allow room for the dank passion fruit flavor and coconut to shine as well. The mouthfeel is more biting than a lot of the hazy offerings available, which I prefer.

This is really well done, IMHO.

12 oz can, 1/19/19, poured into an IPA glass. A hazy yellowish orange with a three finger fluffy white head. The aroma is heavy orange/citrus/tangerine with some bread/biscuit notes. The taste is mainly light citrus. There seems to be some pine and mint in there as well, and some berry notes. The feel is somewhat soft, carbonation is low. Overall, it’s another NEIPA in the crowded sea, and worth a try.

Canned 02 Jan, purchased at John's marketplace.

A hazy orange with a dense white head with great retention and lacing, this looks solid. The nose is juicy with minimal bitterness. Notes of orange, peach, mango, honey are present. A nice, faintly dough like softness is present as well. The palate opens with a blend of fresh squeezed OJ, peach and mango juice. Not particularly innovative, but well executed. The haze does add a little to the body, emphasizing the juice notes. Clean off all grassy and medicinal flavors that plague the style, this beer is medium light in body and softly carbonated. Quite delicious.

Hazy, translucent bright gold with fluffy white head. Good retention, spotty lacing.
Not much aroma. Candied lemon, white peach, pineapple, green tea, a hint of pine.
Tastes of candied lemon, white peach, pineapple, green tea, white bread, a hint of pine, honeydew melon, and cat pee.
Medium-minus mouthfeel, moderate carbonation.
A decent large-scale NEIPA. Inoffensive and unremarkable, though solid. Rivals the likes of Hazy Little Things, Sam Adams NEIPA, Juicy Haze, etc.

LOOKS: Opaque, apricot, with a white foam that lasts, and leaves a moderate lacing.
AROMA: Ripe tropical and citrus fruit.
TASTE: Ditto and some white cracker bread, too.
FEEL: About average carbonation, dry, and medium body.
OA: Reminds me a little bit of SN 'HLT,' just doesn't have quite as much of an 'over-ripened' fruit quality. That might be a good thing, depending on who you ask.

This beer pours a somewhat hazy straw with a large head. The aroma present light and springy tropical pineapple and papaya, with overripe peach, and a touch of grassy pine. The flavor is very gentle, with peach and pineapple up front, and just a touch of grassyness to mellow out the fruit, with very little bitterness and a quick finish. The mouthfeel is soft wih foamy carbonation. Overall a very pleasant beer, and certainly a very gentle, easygoing take on this style. Quite well done, but maybe not as satisfying as I normally appreciate.

I don’t know...didn’t love it. Sad, because I love this brewery and I like hazy IPAs ok and this one, while quite good, tastes like so many others. I just had the new Racer 5 “Thru the Haze” and it was much more enjoyable because it wasn’t all “juice.” So, rate this highly for the style but I’m sort of tired of the pineapple juice super NE style I guess.
