A super clear, more yellow than honey clamshell white head that settles to thin film with barely and lacing
S not too much to the nose here
T nice but not too strong in the ipa dept

Canned 1/17/19.
Beautifully clear ipa with a smallish head.
Great tropical notes of pineapple, stone fruit.
Decent hop bite with some sweetness for balance.
I like this beer and will try to drink again.

12oz canned 2- -19 (opened 4-13-19)
1/2" white head, retains at a cap. Yellow-gold, bright and clean IPA.
Very enticing nose, spent a while on it before I moved on...definite berries and melon, thought it might just be suggestive but it's there and smelling real good. Picking up some mint or eucalyptus late - interesting....
Fruit dominates - green melon, berry - not much citrus in the flavor - some pepper (black) in the finish.
The aroma steals the medal for me, the flavor is good but doesn't live up to the nose.
Typical feel, nothing standout, nothing off or bad...it is clean and bright, which is a good thing in my book. Medium length finish with a emphasis on the melon.
Good stuff and really enjoying this series from FW.

On tap. Poured a clear, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of orange, pineapple and (Maybe?) strawberry. Sweet toasted caramel with a fruity bite and sharp bitterness.

Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass. Eek this is old. April 18th 2019.
An absolutely beaming brass gem and polished crystal clear body, of bright and dark brass yellow. Bathfoam big reaching thick bubbles, with massive cling and three plus tall nearly fistful height reaching bleach white head. Aggressive and controlled with some nice fine carbonation to match. Awesome looking brew.
For a 4 month nearly IPA this is still holding up on the aroma department. Melon like hop aroma with a touch more of dank softness. Hits strawberry just like the can says with a gummy sensation. The aromas are a little softer and not as bold but still there.
Palate still delivers. Chewy leafy like hop aromas of melon and strawberry. A real nice finish that has this gumdrop jujubee like candy flavor and chewy texture. Aftertaste is a soft pine without the harsh bitterness, and a bit of a minty flavor on the finish.
Real wonderful take and an exotic flavor, with classic West coast appearances. Beer still is delivering.

A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high bright white head that slowly died down and consistently left a short head covering the surface. It also left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of tangerines and honeydew melon are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of honeydew melon with notes of tangerines and hints of floral hops. Just a slight amount of bitterness is noticeable.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA packs in lots of aromas and flavors of citrusy and tropical fruit hops but isn't that heavy on the palate.

Can from The Beermongers.
It looks the same as other beers in the series - pale yellow orange with a dense white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is similar too. Delicately fruity with melon, peach, a little strawberry with a clean malt backbone, this is solid. There is some citrus too. The palate opens mildly bitter with a nice hop flavor. Peach, melon, citrus and a light strawberry note are present. Drying, bitter, mildly carbonic on the finish, this beer is solid.

Poured a clear, golden body with minimal head and lace. The aroma is light yet fruity with a hint of citric. Light, crisp, juicy, a mild fruity sweetness is present in this easy drinking beer and there is some good citric crispness for balance and added to finish.

Appearance - Pours clear and bright gold with a white, near finger width head. Fair retention before dying down to a thin, broken layer of suds and a razor thin ring around the edge. Not much lacing; a handful of small spots at best.
Smell - Bright citrus, peppery spice, faint hints of berry and and a hint of grainy malt.
Taste - Follows the nose. Bright citrus with notes of tangerine and lemon, followed by lesser notes of black pepper spice, berry by mid-taste and a slightly grainy malt undertone. Finishes much the same, with the aftertaste leaving mild lemon pith, fading berry and spice and continuing grainy malt fading slowly.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with a fair amount of bitey carbonation. Slick, easy drinker before a mostly dry finish.
Overall - Good, solid addition to the series, but I think no. 11 was much better. A bit of caramel malt could have added some nice qualities, IMO.
