Pours a clear crisp-looking golden/copper, bubbly beer with an OK head that settles immediately.
Smells like some tropical fruit/ pineapple, orange fruits like tangerine, and a little pine. A favorite scent combination in beer for me. Some malt. Nice.
Nice new west coast beer for me here.
The biggest characteristic is the great oily, resinous taste and feel to this brew. Malt plays its balanced role, but the hops still rule here. Peppery.
Nice biting finish. Medium bodied with ample carbonation.
Prior to this ive never tried any of Firestone Walker's lineup, as I'm just seeing its selection available in TX just recently. Now a fan. Great stuff. A next step from here would naturally be their double IPA. I look forward to their others.

Pours a light straw golden yellow with a slightly rusty hue and a nice pillowy head of foam.

Bright citrus aroma with a fair amount of sweet malt and hoppy resin.

Citrus really comes out but it's nicely balanced with a bready/caramel sweet malt backbone and bitter hop resins.

Light-medium bodied, medium carbonation, crisp, smooth, nicely carbonated.

Overall, a shelf-sitter that deserves more respect.

Shaker pint

A. Transparent amber. Foamy cream colored head. Slow fade. Fat lacing.

S. Cut grass. Hops for miles. Flowery scent. Pine resin. So fresh and outstanding.

T. Hoppy. Caremel malt. Tropical fruit. Orange peel. Bitter spicey finish.

M. Medium. Nice body. Little carbo. Finishes nice and smooth.

O. Great. Balanced perfectly. Super hoppy with a nice thick backbone. My favorite FW so far.
