Poured from a 22 oz. bottle into a Willi Becher glass.
Poured a beautiful medium amber, clear and clean with nice frothy white head.
Aromas were delicious, very citrusy, juicy and sweet hop aromas.
Taste was in line with aromas, crisp, juicy and delicious. Hope forward.
Mouthfeel was very nice.
Overall I was very, very impressed with this beer.
I enjoyed this after having a Pliny TE and my taste preference is for the Double Jack.
A delicious beer.

Serving - Bottle poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass

A - A light copper color, crystal clear with some active carbonation. Poured with a 1.5 finger head. Great looking beer.

S - Lots of piney hops up front with a touch of malt in the background. Hops are the star of this show though. Very strong aroma.

T - Taste follows the nose. Piney hops up front with a slight malty sweet finish.

M - A touch too active on the tongue. Leaves a bitter finish. Very dry.

O - Very enjoyable. 9.5% is well hidden. If the carbonation was toned down a bit, this would be damn near perfect.
