Poured from 12oz short bottle into Seidel. Bottled on March 28th 2017.

L: Clear gold, finger width white head has quite nice retention.

S: Citrus, pine and bready malts. Clean aroma and typical Pale Ale bouquet.

T: Follows nose closely, decently tasty.

F: Light, average carbonation, semi-dry.

O: Pretty solid Pale Ale.

L: Poured from a can to a pint glass.Had a bright yellow color and a cloudy texture. There was a half inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Pretty good lacing.

S: A nice, if predictable aroma of hops, citrus fruit, pine, and malt.

T: Tasted of a moderate amount of citrus fruit (lemon, orange, in particular), a hint of pine, a little malt, a fair shot of hops, some pineapple, a floral quality, and some tropical fruits. A light, sweet effervescent flavor that's very easy to drink. Very fruity, balanced with the right amount of hops.

F: A well-carbonated beer with a lively finish. Light-bodied.

O: As APAs go, this is a solid one. Nothing overly groundbreaking, but definitely a drinkable beer.

Poured into a wine glass from a 12oz bottle

A - pours a lovely dark gold with a copper hue, one finger bright white head and some slight lacing

S - super sweet hops, pine, pineapple, mango, wlp-001 or something similar, crisp, clean, super sweet malts with a hint of toastedness, tons of citrus and everything smells so alive

T - this beer reminds me of session ales before they were popular and is reminds me of Union Jack dialed down, a lot. Pine, pineapple, lots of citrus and their flowers, dry and sweet malts, WCIPA style yeast,

M - medium minus body, well balanced, nice complexity, medium acidity, medium carbonation and great session style IPA

D/O - if this beer has one adjective it would be refreshing and wow, is it ever. Tastes of Union Jack that is watered down, but in the best way (not sure if that makes complete sense). This beer goes great with most food and in most situations -- paired this with some chicken tenders and it was a wonderful delight and of course a chocolate chip cookie for desert and that was brilliant as well. Don't age, drink fresh.

Final thoughts - $7 a sixer is awesome but the under 5% ABV is lacking. Though the more the merrier I suppose. Also great on tap

Poured from a 12 ounce can into a Shaker pint glass, "canned on" date 1-9-17.

APPEARANCE: pours a clear copper color with less than one-finger white head that slowly dissipated until a thin, unbroken layer of small bubbles remained, there is moderate lacing on the glass, medium carbonation.

SMELL: faint to the nose, bread, flowers and some citrus.

TASTE: initially brown sugar and bread then a citrus and slightly metallic hop profile.

PALATE: medium body and carbonation.

OVERALL: this is a tasty beer, I would buy this again no problem and would recommend to anyone who enjoys the style.

Poured from 12-ounce bottle into a goblet. Very attractive light copper color, with three-finger snow-white head. Intense aromas of pine and citrus, with some delicate floral notes and a little light malt. Hop forward on the palate, with a touch of malt sweetness. The bitterness is pleasant but not overpowering. Crisp, dry finish, with no lingering bitterness or sweetness. I found this quite enjoyable. Good food beer, but stands very well on its own as a sipper.

The appearance was a nice transparent super light yellow to orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dies within less than a minute and leaves a nice foamy spotted lacing sticking nicely to the sides of the glass. The smell was quite floral yet citrusy in a nice light sort of way. The taste was florally sweet with the citrusy aspect only slightly being there. There is no aftertaste. But there is a decent citrusy dry finish. On the palate, this beer sits exceptionally light and shows a great sessionability about it. The carbonation has a decent harshness about it. Overall, I say this is a very nice American Pale Ale by Firestone Walker and I would gladly love to have this again.

2017 bottle. Full hop aromas, really powerful and pleasant.

Taste is a little more mild, but with a good balance between hop and citrus. A slight wheatiness keeps it tamed and turns out a really nice APA. Typically not my go-to style, this is very drinkable.
