For the style. A very rich, clear, gold in color, with lots of bubbles streaming upwards, and a white half finger of foam that sticks to the glass. The aroma is sweet, sunflower seeds, grain, husky, and bready. The flavor is lightly toasted bread, mildly grassy, sunflower seeds, not bitter, but not overly sweet. either. The feel is medium thin body, but not at all watery. Slightly below average carbonation, and dry. Nice brew. I think it just needs a bit more carbonation.

Light golden color. Clear. Moderate head but little lace.

Soft pale malt nose. Pleasant but unremarkable.

A step up from macros but this still an easily quaffable beer without any problems. It is pale malt dominant with very little hop except briefly on the aftertaste. Very good body with a lightly elevated carbonation.

Poured from 12oz shorty into tulip glass. Bottled on October 12th 2016.

L: Golden color with good clarity, very pretty, two finger width white fluffy head with moderate retention. Moderate lacing.

S: Rich malt with a sweet fruit boquet. Also a hint of honey.

T: Lightly toasted biscuits dripping with a light honey. Delicious. Clean flavors. Hints of citrus and pine hops. On the malty side but not too overbalanced. Delicious. Very delicate flavors. Not much pizzazz though.

F: Light bodied and easy on the tongue with a clean finish.

O: This beer is well crafted and the only complaints I can make are that it could use more carbonation and some pop, it just lacks that X factor. some tweaking and they could have an excellent beer here.

Pours a dirty blond color with a fluffy off white head. Smell is malty with cereal and corn biscuit. Taste is floral hops mixed with grain and sweet malts. crisp mouth feel with light hops and malty finish. Did not care for this brew.

Crisp and malty with not much hop presence with the ABV coming in at 4.7%. Didn't like it after the first couple of sips but when the malt character comes out of this beer is very enjoyable.

Poured into a pint glass around 40 degrees.
A:Light gold color with really good clarity, The head is one finger thick, creamy white, and has fair retention. Some carbonation bubbles are visible.

N: Mild malty notes, with light toast and biscuit notes. The hops is subtle with some floral, citrus, and touch of pine.

T: Malty notes with light toasted, wheat, and biscuit flavor. The yeast is noticeable and medium hop profile. The is hops lean more towards a citrus and floral note. The malt lends a subtle sweetness to the beer.

M: The beer is slightly carbonated, with a mild/medium presents on the palate. The hops lend some bitterness.

O: I am not sure what to think of this beer is has an okay hop present with some bitterness. I like to have a bit more body in the beer.

805 Blonde Ale has a thick, off-white head, a clear, burnished-gold appearance, some lazy, ascending bubbles, and minimal lacing left behind. Aroma is of of sweet bread crust, a touch of honey, and cracker. Bitterness is low. Mouthfeel is light to medium, and 805 Blonde Ale finishes crisp and easy going. RJT
