Market Street (there are actually two of them) is a local grocery chain. They are nice, clean, and have quality foods at decent prices. The beer area is similar. I was very pleasantly surprised (moving from northern california to the west texas desert I was worried about the availability of a decent beer selection at reasonable prices). As has been previously mentioned, they have about half to 2/3rd of the display dedicated to the BMC, but they have a respectable selection of local and national craftbrews, in six packs, cases, and 22s. They even have a couple of euros as well (stuff like Samuel Smith). The prices aren't going to open your eyes, but they're definitely better than corner store prices. Six packs are typically between 7 and 11 dollars.
The only time I had to ask for help from one of the employees was wondering why the section was shut down (turns out they aren't allowed to sell alcohol until after noon on sundays), and the lady was very friendly about it.
I've found some of my old go tos (the New Belgiums, mostly), and even been able to find some new favourites (I was very taken by Left Hand's Milk Stout, never had one before).

On the advice of a teacher/homebrewer at my school, I checked this place out over the weekend.

Market Street is a large grocery store, and tucked away in the front right corner (as you stand in a checkout line) is the beer cooler. About 1/3 to 1/2 is devoted to your usual BMC product, but the other portion has got a good selection of regional and national craft brands. To list some from memory: Sam Adams, Sierra Nevada, Stone, Dogfish Head, Real Ale, Unibrou, Youngs, New Belgium - and plenty more! This will be the only place I shop as long as I'm out here for school!

Here's a quick rundown of my numbers for the review.

Quality (4): Everything that I checked was well within the best-by date, and it's all in coolers. Only reason I nicked a point off was for the fact that the cooler seemed pretty brightly lit - it's really not going to hurt the beer much (if any), I'm sure, but I'd like to see them tone it down a touch anyway.
Service (3): I didn't really have any questions, but I didn't see anyone around who I could ask if I'd needed to. Middle of the road seems about right here.
Selection (4.5): only slightly behind another area store, but the selection here is actually still fresh, so it's getting a much higher rating. If a beer is over a year past it's date, I'm not going to count it as part of the selection, as there's no reason to buy it.
Value ($): everything that I noticed was priced at or below what everyone else locally is selling things for. In some instances, prices seemed very reasonable - New Belgium's seasonal, which still has some life on it, was marked down to less than $12/12. I see stores everywhere try to sell out of seasonals at full price, so it's great to see discounts applied where necessary.
