Black with tan head. Green pallet label bottle.
Lots of rye and chocolate. Decent barrel presence. Bourbon and vanilla. Rye spice. Roast. Oaky.
Full bodied.
Solid, but not my favorite cycle stout.

Pours beautiful black with one finger head. Not much on the aroma, some chocolate, some bourbon, some barrel. Nothing too intense. Red fruit on the taste, cherry, maybe some raspberry and some cola. Again some bourbon and chocolate. Sweet. The rye graininess comes through, but minimal spice. The mouth feel is a solid medium and smooth as usual. Overall, a solid barrel aged stout. Nothing too outstanding by Cycle standards.
