On tap at Peg’s during the Berliner Bash. Served in a mini snifter. Pours a nice light wheat-grain color with a fizzy white head. The nose starts off quite well with nice mint character and a bit of lime zest in the background. Some light acidity sits behind it all. Flavor is even better. Mint and lime work so well with the base beer. Light body with spritzy carbonation. Uber sessionable. I would love to have this all day long.

On-tap at Berliner Bash.

A - Pours a light golden color, light white head, thin collar.

S - More lime-forward then anything, light tartness, some citrus zest in there as well. I was hoping for some sweetness, which is what I expect from a good mojito, but this didn't have any.

T - Big on the lime tartness, citrus zest, wheat. Again, no sweetness and was almost like drinking a lime berliner of some sort. I love mojito's, but this didn't really taste like one.

M - Light body, crisp & refreshing, dry finish.

O - I had high hopes for the this berliner, but was ultimately let down. Really wish this beer had some sugary sweetness to it (think simple syrup). If it was a bit sweeter, I would have drank the entire keg.
