Brewed exclusively for the Aria in Las Vegas.
Appearance: Arrives with a clear golden color and a nice head that leaves quite a lacing pattern
Smell: Bready and grassy, with a peppery edge
Taste: Bready, up front, with a bit of wheat and banana tone; grassy and Germanic in the hop flavors that build into the middle, the peppery Belgian yeast comes through, after the swallow
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: A craft beer designed for the mass audience that might appear at one of the Aria's bars, this beer has a lot of the appeal of a pilsner with an edge provided by the Belgian yeast strain
