Gold color, slightly hazy appearance, citrus and funk aroma, tropical fruit, cedar wood, tastes quickly sour upfront mellowing into citrusy lemon, grapefruit, lime, orange, some mango, passionfruit, pineapple, grape, apple, funky hay, straw, barnyardy horse blanket, leather, dusty cedar wood, finishing dry with floral earthy herbal grassy pine. Feels medium lighter bodied, creamy smooth with moderate carbonation. Overall a nice wild IPA aged on cedar.

Pours cloudy gold. Fluffy, medium white head that fades with lacing.
Smell Citrus, grapefruit, grassy and yeast funk.
Taste tart, yeast Funk, Citrus and Brett. Followed by grassy and light Cedar with nice bitterness. Finishes dry with a funky linger. Medium body and fizzy medium carbonation.

From the 12 fl. oz. can batch SWG-13-1,7536. Sampled on April 1, 2018.
Cloudy, milky looking yellow pour under a foamy white head that diminishes slowly.
Aged on cedar so that may account for the pine hop sensation I pick up in the aroma. I also get some tropical fruit and citrus over a distant white bread character.
Creamy medium body.
The fruit notes are in the taste but there is also a kind of herbal note. The bitterness is mild to moderate at the end.

Poured from a can into a tulip glass. Cloudy golden yellow with a white fluffy head and good lacing. Fragrant citrus fruit smell. Grapefruit taste, a bit dry on the palate. Maybe a bit of ginger and orange rind. Fun overall.
