Pours into an imperial nonic a slight oranges hazed lemon yellow with a full one finger bone white head that is gone pretty quickly.Big sugary sweet aromas along with some mango notes,it smells sugary sweet no doubt.Somewhat resiny underneath the sugary sweet grilled pineapple and mango notes, the resin slightly dries the big sweet flavors but the sweet fruits still linger. The lactose plays a role with it's sweetness but it's still enjoyable to drink...in a set amount after half glass the sweetness gets quite big.

Straw yellow, but so hazy you can't see through it. There's a fingernail of off white on top. The aroma is of citrus and mosaic hops. I'm tasting citrus and mosaic hops with some light malt at the back of the palate. The mouth provides a nice deep hop burn and is otherwise lightly sticky and chewy.

Pint can.

A cloudy yet, bright orange and golden color with white toned highlights. Dense white foam covering holds on tight.

The aroma is led by a peppery citrus and tangy fruit thing from the hops. The adjuncts pop out next, oats and lactose create a smoooth earthy aroma. A light, earthy toned malt scent with a crisp but sweet edge, Jazzy pineapple with dry grasses, wheatbafter that. overall a very intense and interesting aroma.

The hop flavor is very intense with serious amounts of earthy/bitter/dry and tangy effects. Dry citrus, tangy pineapple, cantaloupe and starfruit are some of the hoppy flavor's I pick up. Oats are a favorite adjunct for both flavor and mouthfeel. Oats and lactose in a seriously hoppy beer adds some excellent depth to the malty side of the charecter, not to mention the smoother, rounder texture it provides. Sharp citrus with layers of juicy and fruity hoppy tones seem to play all around the crispy, light and golden malty effects. A grainy, earthy and dry effect pops out of the adjuncts and malt with lemmon and melon flavor's popping out later on.

This is a seriously interesting and complex Frankenstein style ipa. Intense but easy enough to session.

A crystal clear golden-orange brew ... until you get to the bottom of the can. Suddenly, this transparent brew becomes nearly opaque, although there is no visible sediment. Very nice head production, with a strong pour producing ~2 1/2 fingers of cloudy, snow-white head. Retention is good, but after several minutes it has mostly faded, leaving behind scattered lines of lacing.

Aroma leaps from the pour and the glass, in particular pineapple, grapefruit, and oregano and basil herbs. Lightly peppery and grassy.

On the palate, the hops shine, revealing juicy notes of ruby red grapefruit, melon, pineapple, and mango. Slightly dank and herbal on the second half; a little grassy. Light biscuity malt.

Extremely lively and active, with quite a bit of sting. Disappointing for what is obviously styled after NE-IPAs.

L: Hazy, translucent deep gold with a small bright white head. Good retention with lots of lacing.

S: Ripe honeydew melon, pineapple, yellow peach, sugar cookie, candied grapefruit peel, fresh cut grass.

T: Honeydew melon, grapefruit, lemon, and pineapple upfront. Slightly tart. Crisp, cracker malt with hints of sugar cookie sweetness. Earth and grass on the back end, with a very slight and brief earthy/herbal bitterness.

F: Medium-full, well-carbonated, creamy, smooth. Slightly sweet upfront, yet slightly dry on the finish.

O: A nice, easy-drinking NEIPA. Amazing and solid taste, but I wish the taste was as good as the aroma.

Pours an unclear orange, wth fine, soft foam.

Smell is fruity with lots of citrus, passionfruit and a little bit of sweetness.

Taste is citrusy with notes of melon and grass. Nice, medium bitterness and a good balance.

Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.

Overall, a very good IPA, balanced and drinkable.

Brewed with Hallertau Blanc, Huell Melon, Mandarina Bavaria, and Mosaic hops, oats and lactose...

Pale gold and hazy body under a white foam top and slimmed to a persistent fuzzy cap... Aromas were grassy, fruity, and floral, followed by a mildly bitter, lightly sweet, and amply carbonated beer bringing delicate pale fruits, bright floral, herbal, and grassy notes, much as predicted by the nose. Smooth and easy drinking, very nice feel... Good but not exceptional... 6/27/17 canning.
