Poured from a can. Golden with a hint of red in color and a white head. Smells of fruit, and can tell it's a sour. Taste of fruit, lemon and plum and it's not overly sour. Good.

12oz can. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left minimal lacing on the glass. It smelled of plum, dark fruits, caramel and some tart lemon. Nice, tart plum flavor with lemon, caramel and a hint of sweetness.

Wonderful beer with a great plum character that works in glorious harmony with the earthy and lightly piney hops. Nose is rich and tart, while the taste has a softer more plum forward character. Great silky mouth feel. Just an excellent beer

12oz can purchased from the fridge as a 4-pack for $10.99. "Batch #010 16:27". No clue how fresh this is.
Look: Ruby red pink color with a very soft haze. A rocky white head upon pour, but dissipated quickly to a thin wispy layer. Lots of bubbles rising. Looks pretty and appetizing.
Smell: Has a subtle fruitiness with back-end grassy notes. The fruitiness smells to me more like cranberry or pink grapefruit juice than Italian plum. Smells rose-like, floral, pleasant, and indicates that it will be refreshing.
Taste: Wow. The tartness here is very nice and bold, which is not such a surprise from the description. It just did not give that impression at all from the aroma, which is cool because sour beers often have a harshly acidic almost vinegary nose. This one does not. Up front there is a bit of sweetness and tartness from the malt and fruit; it's not a very strong sourness, surprisingly soft and palatable. Definitely get the fresh plum flavor in the taste, it's pleasant and refreshing. On the back-end, there is some grassiness and the finish is relatively crisp and dry.
Feel: Light yet full mouthfeel for its weight, appropriately carbonated. Very crisp and refreshing.
Overall: I would say that this is a good "gateway sour" beer. It's very approachable and deliciously refreshing. The sourness is restrained as is the dry-hopping. Compared to other Stillwater beers that I have had, I think that I like this one more than Extra Dry: Chu-Hi and as much as Extra Dry. This is an excellent wild sour/fruited sour for sure!

A really solid sour. Smell is vaguely fruity with a tart funkiness, notes of apricot. Follows the nose, good balanced tartness with a bit of funk. Transitions to almost a champagne like flavor had with clear plum notes at the end. More nuanced then other sours with more subtle fruit notes, which i prefer as it still tastes like beer.

12 ounce can poured into a tumbler style pint glass.
L: Slightly hazy orange with a pink hue, one finger pinkish white, effervescent foam, sporadic slow rising bubbles.
S: weak fruity nose, peach, plum and lactose-like aromas.
T: Fruity, dry and tart. Both sweetness and bitterness are restrained. A touch of Belgian yeast and a dry finish with some plum flavor.
F: Light and effervescent, slightly crisp and thirst quenching.
O: Drinkable, refreshing, not overly sour or funky, very nice Wild Ale.

Pours with little to no head, color is like the inside of a plum, which makes sense because of the plum usage. Plum notes in nose as well as on the tongue, very slight sour, stays away from "puckering". It is very well balanced.

Pours an opaque light purple, big 3" head that recedes with solid lacing. Nose is light grapefruit and plum, some wheat and cracker character, fresh cut grass - all very light but pleasant. Taste is a bit sweeter than expected, with deep ruby red grapefruit and ripe plums; finish keeps tart and a little dry, however. Mouthfeel is crisp and ultra refreshing. A well-balanced sour that proves understated flavors are greater than the sum of their parts.

A: cloudy; burnt orange in color; less than a 1 finger white head that receded quickly to a splotchy cap; no lacing;
S: funky with a touch of sweet plum in the background;
T: funky up front; from the middle through the finish, mildly tart plum gets added in;
M: light to medium bodied; high carbonation; dry finish;
O: I would have liked more plum and more tartness; didn't get any dry hopped character;
