Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy dirty yellow color lambic with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky grape notes with some barnyard notes and some tartness is also perceptible. Taste is also a mix of funky ester notes with some nice grapes and tartness with some oak notes. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Nice complex lambic with grape juice offsetting any acidity.

White head. Dark golden orange color.

Juicy white grapes, white wine, and tannins. Oaky with some mineral notes. Dry white wine like. Earthy.

Very different than Vig. Very enjoyable.
