On tap at Bubba's Cafe in Webster, MA.
Pours a dark clear brown, bartender left no head on the draw. Leaves a minimal amount of lacing.
The scent is malty, but rather muted.
Flavor is fairly simple, slight caramel notes, rather prominent roasted flavor. Slight hop profile, beer had a bitter finish.
Rather light bodied, the alcohol was pretty noticeable but didn't take away too much from the experience.
Would definitely try others from this brewer, but wouldn't bother with this again unless there was nothing else available.
