Reviewed from notes.

Pours a light golden color. Pretty clear with a thin white head and a touch of lacing on the sides of the glass. The nose brings a bit of really light cinnamon and a bit of vanilla. Not really getting much of the egg-nog character. The flavor diminishes a bit more. Spicing is barely present and what's left is a bit of malt sweetness. Medium body with moderate carbonation. No spice in the finish. An interesting concept, but other than a bit in the nose, this really just tasted like a normal cream ale with a bit of extra sweetness.

On tap at Parish Cafe. Attractive golden color with thick white lasting head. Buttery sweet smell with marshmallow hints. Similar taste follows with faint hint of hops at the end. Definitely very sweet but I am liking it. Butter pecan and rum raisin ice creams come to mind. Creamy smooth mouthfeel. Wouldn't want to drink more than 1 or 2 but digging this one.

Finally glad Peppercorns put this on tap after missing it at EBF. Poured into a slender.

A - Pours a nice clear straw colour with a light one finger creamy white head that slowly fades leaving a nice cloud. Average side lacing here, but very nice for a cream ale.

S - Nice typical light cream ale aromas here. Just like Bennie's Brew, with the addition of a nice lactose aroma. Everything is so light.

T - Very light carmel malt flavours with a slight bitter hop aftertaste. It has lost a bit of its clean taste with the addition of the lactose notes, but it gained some subtle creaminess.

M - Shockingly high carbonation that mellows just barely with time. Does keep the brew nice and crisp.

O - Another good offering from Ben and Tom. Not sure if I dig the lactose, but a good cream ale nonetheless.

Had on tap at EBF.

Big creamy head with some sticky lacing, clear golden yellow almost banana color

Nose light golden malts, a creamy cream ale like aroma, light nose overall, bit of an egg nog aroma, light lactose, crisp toasty malt

Taste starts with a cream ale, light toasty malts, light egg nog flavor, light and drinkable, crisp, light fruit even, little wheat, light nutmeg, light toasty oak, light lactose like feel, little vanilla, light dry but sticky finish, lots of light flavors blended together bringing a drinkable light cream ale

Mouth med to a bit lighter crisp and little creamy, good carb

Drink is great, light crisp, dry finish, creamy, nothing out of the ordinary surprisingly, very drinkable
